What a great experience
An organisation to facilitate the needy people in every field of life.
The organization is no doubt one of the most esteemed and trusted NGO of Pakistan. However, some of the staff members at this head office are not working with the same zeal and makr you wait very very long before meeting even though they are present in their offices. Such people risk ruin the goodwill of this well respected organisation. The management should esnure that such few people are re-trained in customer service and dealings.
Al Khidmat Foundation is one of the most systematically operated welfare foundation working tirelessly for the welfare of humans in Pakistan.
Recently had a chance to visit their head quarter based in Lahore where they briefed us on how they are operating effectively for the relief operations of the flood affectees of Pakistan from the 2022 summer floods.
How they have teamed up for incoming donations,volunteers, accounting & auditing, systematic information gathering & team dispatching. Grading & packing of donation materials.
I am very much satisfied that the money, material & volunteer hours given here are well worth the help & much needed for the nation building.
The venue was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable experience for all attendees. The organising staff was accommodating made sure everything ran smoothly. The location was convenient and easily accessible. The only bad experience was the washrooms, which were unclean and emitted an unpleasant odor.
I am their Ambassador from Last 6 Years. The Building is huge and Have seperate department of Media, Finance, Volunteer Management etc. The staff is super friendly and cooperative, it is like a second home to me. Air conditioned room and free Wi-Fi for staffs.

I went to Al Khidmat Foundation's Global Headquarters for a meeting with the team management. Get information about the projects run under Al-Khidmat. I was also surprised and happy to see how al-Khidmat is engaged in the service of the country and the people in an organized manner.
Very good and hardworking employees and great NGO overall.
